International Reputation Management is a privately–owned public relations firm in Washington, DC which specializes in executive reputation management. IRM offers a wide range of PR services and has capabilities in French, German, Greek, Italian and Spanish. The firm was founded in 2006, by Nino Kader and Dr. Christine Schiwietz to represent clients on the Internet.

Nino Kader is the President of IRM, headquartered in Washington, DC. Previously, he held senior comm-unications and strategy positions at Fannie Mae and BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he also served as a spokesperson. He has over a decade of public relations and technology experience and has led numerous successful campaigns for clients around the globe.

Dr. Christine Schiwietz is the co-founder of IRM and a Professor of Sociology at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She foresaw the advent of this new industry and is key in developing the firm's overall strategy. Her expert social perspective is incorporated into projects prior to implementation and rollout. Her deep background in sociology and consumer technology plays a pivotal role in all client engagements.
